Ingredients

• 100 g Egg whites
• 125 g Almond flour
• 125 g Confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1 Desired macaron filling
• 1/2 tsp Extract such as vanilla
• 1 drops Gel food coloring
• 80 g Superfine sugar
